With all the stress, strain and fears that are permeating this planet right now, emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually and even financially, it is a challenge to stay focused on being in your power. The ocean might even begin to look like a place of peaceful surrender but it is not.

Bankruptcy comes in all forms of emotional, mental, physical and financial fears: illness and disease in the forms of cancer, depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, etc… These are symptoms that happen in the body because of stress, strain and fears. But your life does not have to be this way. I know this is true because I have personally experienced the overwhelming feeling of emotional drowning.
In 1997, I arrived in Arizona, bankrupt financially- literally with $50.00, didn’t know anyone, didn’t have a support system. Yet following my inner guidance and intuition, I took back my power. I flourished and continue to flourish today. It was through my own experiences and journey that I developed the Anshara Method of Accelerated Healing, a process that goes to the core of any problem or fear embedded at the cellular level.
