The Limitations of Growing Up
In the perspective of growth, especially within the paradigm of Duality, the concept of good and bad, high and low, black or white is limiting to self-growth and self-innovation. Why? Because the construct of “growing up” is inherently full of limitations.

Consider this example: the paradigm of Duality expects you to grow up. But what does this mean? Growing up suggests there is only one direction to go—up. However, what if growing up is limiting? How can that be?
The Constraints of Time
The notion of past, present, and future complicates this further. If limited belief systems expect you to grow up in a certain way, they constrain your future. Growing up becomes a direction that may not resonate with you, keeping you stuck in the past regardless of time.
The Expectations of Duality
The Duality Belief System dictates that everyone is supposed to “grow up.” There is no judgment here; this is about direction. Within this paradigm, life is a straight line—the past, present, and future are all directed in a single line. So, everyone is supposed to head in the direction of growing up. But is it the only way?

In Duality’s idea of growing up, there is only one direction. Based on your life journey, the expectations are to grow up in specific, predetermined ways. However, life’s journey can take you in many directions. Sometimes, the unexpected brings the best growth. Grow up or grow?

Growing up often restricts you. When your path is constricted and not congruent with your creativity and truth from the inside out, your potential is confined.
